Martial arts provide great exercise and they also develop flexibility and agility.
Arts that focus on agility and internal mental states are also reported to have beneficial effects on many conditions, such as lessening and even eliminating carpal tunnel syndrome, back pain, reducing the pain of arthritis and other conditions which are associated with rigidity.

Taecojuka's Goals

1. To educate and demonstrate the physical, mental and emotional benefits

of martial arts training.

2. To condition the body, so the individual becomes stronger,

energetic, flexibleand coordinated.

3. To encourage the development of a positive attitude and behavior.

4. To cultivate self-confidence through the mastering of challenges.

In sum, to help each student attain his or her highest potential.
